It's my favorite day of the year. Why? Because Jesus ascended into Heaven and open the gates so that we could have eternal life and love? Um, if that's your thing, sure. More importantly, Easter candy goes on sale! Half-priced Brach jelly beans, 3/$1 Cadbury cream eggs - it's a fat girl holiday if ever there were one!

Did you make that? Can I have the recipe? I kind of feel like eating a carton of icing right about now...
Yes & yes! As you'll notice the actual cake only takes a handful of jelly beans, and just 2 Easter colored candy corn, so the rest were consumed with a stunning lack of moderation.
