And the winner is...

#6! Paul decided the bathroom wasn't as bad in person, we love the space and the view, and yesterday we signed the lease (which the landlord felt the need to sit with us and read word-by-word, but at least she's thorough)! As of Monday, November 19 our new home will be:

I love how in CA most things have Spanish names, and yet you get these little places tucked in called Cardiff-by-the-Sea with Manchester, Liverpool, and Oxford streets. Sadly, no TopShop.
