String her up!

WHAT was Paula wearing around her neck last night*? She looked like a dog who wandered into a Bachelor rose ceremony where someone was unwrapping a gift and decided to tie the ribbon & one of the beheaded roses a scorned contestant had thrown to the floor to the pup's collar. I'm guessing that was not the look she was going for, but you never know with PA.
