I'm getting my PhD in sociology, recently move to San Diego, CA, to live with my ex pat English boyfriend after 3 1/2 yrs long distance. Miss NYC loads but am loving the beach weather. Dream of a second career as a professional organizer. Want to get married (or create a wedding registry more precisely) because it's one of the only socially acceptable ways to procure a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but have promised myself one on my 30th b-day if not yet married. Life goals - run a feminist-orientated non-profit org and own a pair of Manolo Blahniks and/or Christian Louboutins. Love cooking, shopping, Target, book stores and craft fairs.
Yup, that about sums it up.
