Uninsured and Unsure

Mother of God (hi Mary, what's poppin'?) apparently not ever having had my own car has been a blessing in disguise. Between the two of us Paul and I have a BA, a BS, 3 Master's and 1.5 PhD's, and yet after talking to the majority of the employees at the Automotive Association of Southern California we're still not entirely sure what we're got to do to re-register both the cars in both our names.
